How to order ?
As many details need to be taken into account, there are no automatic ordering options on the site.
I prefer telephone or e-mail contact. Our masks are the product of a discussion between you and me. I will take into account your corrections and centering, but also, your needs, your underwater activities, your habits, potential future changes in your corrections, and potential differences in lense to eye distance, amongst other possible challenges. |

Manufacturing
Once your order has been placed and your lenses have arrived,
I place the order with my glassmaker, who makes me a custom glass with a flat face. At this stage the glass retains a shape of a round puck.
If I did not have the glass in stock, approximately a week later I receive the glass to my workshop.
I then begin to make a template optimizing the shape of the mask glass as best possible with respect to the pupillary gaps.
Each shape is fully personalized, so 2 identical masks can end up with different lens shapes.
Once the template is perfected, I use an electronic grinder (device used to cut spectacle lenses).
The template is set for the size of the right and left corrective lenses.
When this stage is completed, I possess two shaped glasses that adapt perfectly to the mask.
A counter bevel is made manually to avoid luster appearing on the lenses.
At this stage the lenses are ready to be glued to the pre-existing glasses of the mask.
The bonding is carried out using a completely transparent industrial adhesive.
